Premier Pro and Media Encoder Crash when exporting H.264

When exporting, Pr and Me keep crashing using H.264. Along with the exporting issues, I am having a blue screen from windows and then a crash while editing. I noticed this seems to happen faster when I start adding color grades into the mix. Computer and program will run perfectly with just a sudden crash. 

Specs
Windows 11
I9 13th gen
RTX2080
128 GB DDR 5

I have tried driver updates, GPU updates, and changing the codec. So far it likes to export in Pro Res.

Hey Matthew,

Welcome to the community. I understand how frustrating this must be. Do you see any error codes or messages? Please let us know what stopcode you see on the blue screen and your current GPU driver version. Do you also experience crashes if you do not use the Lumetri Color effect? We're here to help.
