Premier Pro Audio Sync Issues

Issues with audio sync in premier pro.  I edit a three camera, two person podcast and have not had any issues up until last week.  I export each track individually then sync up the three angles with the two individual files to run through autopod to make the necessary angle cuts.  The sync is taking forever and then will get an error saying the audio cannot be synced.  Is anyone else experiencing this or have any possible solutions?

    Sorry about the trouble. Which version of Premiere Pro are you using? Could you check if video and audio have matching frame rates? Also, please try deleting cache files and see if that helps.
