Premier Pro CC 2018 Help!!! Trying to make time lapse video.

Hello, I am using premiere pro cc 2018 and i mostly use it for Dreamweaver and a couple others like animate and illustrator. But i do have some cameras and last night I took my camera and recorded a storm for 1 hour and 15 minutes. it comes in 3 files the first two are 25:00 minutes long and the last one is 20:00 minutes long. Now I recorded in 1080p 60p. I would like to take this footage and make a video that is sped up in order to show everything within a 1:30-3:00 minute video. If you could give me some tips and instructions it would be greatly appreciated. I do know my way around a computer and I used to use magix pro edit until i got premire pro. So thanks in advance.
