Premier Pro CC: importing MOV (HEIF) from Iphone 7 resultings in only the audio file being imported (no video) - help?

I took footage of a wedding for a friend with my Iphone7 in Feb 2018.  The footage was capture with Apples New HEIF (h265).  I imported the footage into Premier Pro CC and only audit portion of the MOV file appears.  This has never been a problem before the Sept 2017 upgrade.  Any suggestions for transferring the footage into h264 onto my PC before import into Pre Pro CC?

Thanks

H.265 in a .mov wrapper is a new feature of Premiere Pro CC 2018 (12.0.1). Please update Premiere Pro.

    Thanks,

Hi My name is liz Switzler,. I think if you try taking a wedding picture for your friend on your cell phone and you lose part of it you should tell your friend the truth about what happened to the picture. You should also tell them it was an accident and you did not mean for it to happen. You should also tell your friend you will try and do better next time.

    Try transcoding with HandBrake instead.
