Premier Pro crashes after just a few seconds of use

I'm Premier Pro on a Digital Storm with an i9/64GB with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3600TI graphics card (driver version 31.0.15.3161).

 

Adobe Premier Pro Crashes withing seconds of starting as soon as I start to do any work.  I drag a clip over to the timeline, it crashes.  I try to export, it crashes.

 

This doesn't happen on my Dell Laptop, which has the same graphics card.  So I'm stuck with a $2700 computer and a $400 graphics card that is basically an expensive google machine.

 

Does anyobody have any idea on how to fix this?

Well at least you know it's the computer itself is the issue. Hardware or Software. The graphic card drivers are in the 500's now? Why such an old one?
