premier pro cursor bug

Hello,
I have such a problem. The following bug appears when working with premier pro on a notebook with a connected monitor. The mouse cursor increases disproportionately when working on a monitor connected to a notebook, when working directly on the notebook cursors proportions are ok.

Both the notebook and the monitor have 4K resolutions.
Maybe someone had to face this problem and maybe managed to solve it?
I would be thankful for the help.
