Premier Pro Debug Event | Project crashing after opening it

Premier Pro has encountered an error. [d:\PPro11.1.2\releases\2017.03\PremierePro\handlers\EffectControls\rc\EffectCo

"An input contract violation has occurred"

Before this error occurred, I pressed on play to watch my project and it crashed. Premier Pro automatically tried to save the project but now anytime I open the project, it forecloses me and tries to save the project. Its the same cycle over and over. I open the copied saved back up file, Premier Pro automatically generated, It opens up and I get this message:

" Premier Pro has encountered an error. [d:\PPro11.1.2\releases\2017.03\PremierePro\handlers\EffectControls\rc\EffectCo"

followed by:

"An input contract violation has occurred"

ending with:

"Sorry a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premier Pro CC to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project."

and the same cycle continues every time I try to re-open the project.

I've un/re installed the program but no help 😕😕 ... Help anyone ? ❤️
