premier pro doesn't work even with full access

my 2026 version of premier pro doesn't work even after giving it full access to my files. it keeps asking me access to my downloads file and in the settings on my Mac it shows full access is given. help me figure out how to fix this issue . also I uninstalled and re-installed the application.

    Go to Privacy & Security > Files & Folders. Under Adobe Premiere Pro 2026, make sure the toggle for Downloads is turned on.
