Hello! Is there any who can here who help me solve a problem that’s been driving me crazy.

I have 12 minute Art piece created within Premier Pro. Once exported it looks great on my PC no issues.

But when download on to my iPhone the black sections have weird gray box glitches, they seem to be random after each export.

exporter as HEVC .265 as .264 doesn't seem to save on iPhones.

attached is a section of the piece is a link to a video of what is happening.

a quick note, Watching the video on a PC there is not issue, watching it on an iPhone you can see the glitches.

Hi, an iPhone has an HDR screen, can maybe see more artefacts than a regulat Pc screen. Please give the Video settings section for the export you are doing.

Also, are you doing a quick export, exporting from Pr, or Media Encoder?

Hello! Thanks for your reply,
Currently away from my Laptop, travelling but back home soon.

It’s strange that the artifacts seem to be different after every export.

Here is the piece, which I’m referring too, https://share.icloud.com/photos/05ayM8W4JTWp2gz938c0Vbm_w

Is there a recommended export setting, so that I don’t have any artifacts.

The piece is due to be Exhibited in New York next week so hoping to have these issues sorted before then.

Appreciate your time

Hi jamess82734613!

Sorry to hear that. Could you share a screenshot of the export settings? Which device is used to record media files that you're editing?

Let us know. Happy to help.

Thanks,

KR

Here are a few screen shots.

Still facing the issue, have tried multiple export settings, each producing different results. Thanks for taking the time to help. Genuinely appreciate it.
