Premier Pro exporting video with overexposure

I am exporting a video using Adobe Premier Pro and everytime I export the final video has a high exposure added to it. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?? THIS IS SO ANNOYING! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? IS THIS AN ISSUE WITH THE NEW UPDATE?

As will be explained in the link Averdahl provided, the OP is using HLG clips on a Rec.709 sequence. Past Pr 2021, this will not work without the user doing some color management steps.

To work in SDR/Rec.709

Select one or more clips in the Project panel
Right-click/Modify/Interpret Footage
Set the bottom Color Management "Overrid-to" option to Rec.709
Make sure the Sequence CM setting option is Rec.709
Use standard SDR/Rec.709 export presets.

And it will all work. Working in HDR is more complex, and I can go into that if you need.

This helped thank you so muchhhhhhhh! Without that video, no way for anyone who is not pro in premiere to know what to do with this issue.
