    Sorry to hear about this. Is this happening with these two extensions or all of them? Have you tried signing out from Creative Cloud app & signing back in to check if it's working properly?

      I didn't try sign out and login, i will try..
      Just example for 2 extensions in this screenshoot, i was try a lots of
      extensions but not working. I can buy extension no problem but didn't
      downloading.
