Premier Pro has very often "Not Resoporting"

My Premier pro has very often "Not Resoporting" (only Premier Pro, Mechine is still working will). Can I make Premier Pro to use fully performant of my mechine.

    Where are your media files located?  Are they located locally on your computer?

    What are the hard drives, (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

    Yes they are internal harddrive. These are reexported version. Not raws. Small sizes.
