Premier Pro In App Tutorials don't load

When I first opened the app on desktop it asked me if I wanted to do a tutorial I clicked "try it now" and the main interface (?) opens, prompts me to upload media then nothing else happens. When I click on "help" ans "premier pro in app tutorials" the list on the left is blank. Unable to use this. I am new and know ZERO about all of this and am overwhelmed that the tutorial isn't even working. I have severe ADHD and it makes learning new things very difficult.
