Premier Pro is not responding

I bought a Premier pro, and installed it on windows 11, It is throwinig me an error of Not responding, also freezing every single time whenever I try to load project.

I re-installed it many times, also cleared cache from the memory. Please help me ASAP.

I have attached screenshot of an error.

As i know, Adobe software not full support for windows 11 yet. May be next update. I'm sure adobe enginer is now working hard to make these apps full compatible with windows 11.
