Hello @rajesh_9470 ,

Indeed the Project Manager can fails for different reasons. As @PaulMurphy pointed out, it could be an issue with file naming, but it could be also because you need to untick Previews copy, or other issues. Check this article (at the bottom) to see other kind of issues, it could fix the problem you have : https://www.autokroma.com/blog/How-to-Use-Premiere-Pro-Project-Manager

Otherwise, let me introduce you PlumePack, it's a Premiere Pro third party-plugin we develop at Autokroma, and it is a "Project Manager" equivalent. The "Collect and Copy" is included in the PlumePack FREE version. So just download and install it for FREE, and it could fix the issues you have with the Project Manager. For this particular issue of File naming, PlumePack should handle those cases of too long path or bad characters. With a Premium license, you get access to other powerful features, such as Trimming without re-encoding, to save Disk space by removing unused frames of your footages without re-encoding and so without quality loss (same exact pixels), keep metadata, keep RAW Footages abilities, etc..

It sounds like the issue might be related to the filename. Very long filenames or those containing special characters—like periods (.) or commas (,)—can sometimes cause problems when Premiere Pro tries to write new files.

When using the Project Manager, if it encounters an error during the process, it often cancels and undoes the entire operation.

To resolve this, try the following steps:

  1. Shorten the filename of the problematic file.
  2. Remove any special characters such as periods or commas from the filename using your File Browser.
  3. In Premiere Pro, relink the file to the newly renamed version.
  4. Once relinked, try running Project Manager again.
