Premier Pro Keeps crashing on Lenovo ThinkPad

Hi,

I recentley got a new Lenovo Laptop. The specs are below:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 155H 1.40 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.5 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Windows 11

Premier Pro v 25.2.3

Despite having good specs, Premier Pro keeps crashing after adjusting my workspace and then will not close without me restarting my laptop. It also happens when working with captions. I never had this problem with my old laptop despite having worse specs. I have cleared by cache but still no better. Every other programme runs fine, as does Football Manager 24. HELP!

Hi @Stephen30212745rr0v,

Thank you for submitting a bug report and sorry you're experiencing issues. Did you recently update your laptop? Are you by any chance getting a System Compatibility Report window with start-up?

There's been reports of issues with similar set-ups in this primary thread here, where a Windows update is rolling back driver versions. Do the issues in thread sound like what you are experiencing?

Are your drivers up-to-date? I would ensure your Intel graphics driver is updated first, here is an article with more information about this problem.

Sorry for the frustration and hope we can help you soon,
Dani
