So I have been trying to work the same video for the past week now and the issue I have is that my Premier Pro seems to lock up.  It doesn't crash according to the task manager, its still running but I can't interact with it in anyway at all.. other than to close it out via the task manager.  Attached is an image from task manager after Premier Pro has stopped responding.

Windows 11

Ryzen 7 7800X 3D 4.2GHz

64 gb RAM

RTX 4070 Ti 12 Gb

Use the Studio driver.

Do you have any OSD, fan or GPU software running? Utilities such as those often cause problems. How long have you waited for PP to respond/catch-up?

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

I run the following:

1 NVMe 1tb, Samsung and 3 SSD's ranging from 500gb to 1tb.  Premier pro lives on a Samsung 870 SSD.

I have never needed the studio drivers for it, wont that impact game performance if i change?

Premiere Pro can sometimes behave badly with the Game Ready drivers.

Use of a Studio driver is recommended.
