Premier Pro loads up fine , cant open projects, when i click on it i just get a little opaque white

any idea on what i could do?

Well thats the issue i cant open any exsisting project once i leave it due to the error mentioned previously of course

Ok, last annoying diagnostic question (for now, haha); if you have that one new basically empty project open, does opening another existing project still take forever?

This is correct, the moment i close any project , i am unable to get back into it with the persitant gripe

Interesting. So, if you make a new (empty) project, close PPro, re-open PPro and try to open that newly-created project, same behavior? 

Confirming: Same behavior, regardless of whether the .prproj is on a local drive, external storage, and/or a network volume?

its every project, opnly way i can open a project is by starting it brand new , which as you know isnt very helpfull especcialy with deadlines

Does this happen with every project you attempt to open, or some projects?
