Premier pro, macOS big sur and blackmagic mini monitor

Hi all, I am working on an imac 2017, 64GB RAM running macOS Big Sur 11.6.6. I use blackmagic mini monitor to connect it to the external monitor. But when i use premier pro, it detects the blackmagic device only in the audio hardware not in the playback section resulting no video output on the monitor. I have tried all premier versions and all desktop video drivers and nothing works. Funny side is it works perfectly on the Davinci Resolve. Anybody has a solution? I am frustrated and annoyed.
