Premier Pro Missing Video Filter

Hello, I use Premiere Pro on my M1 MacBook and my desktop. But when I put my project from my M1 to my desktop, it says I have a missing Video Filter: Pan and Zoom. I don't have any plugins on my Mac, and they are both on the latest version of Premiere. I don't see how one has a feature the other doesn't have. I've tried reinstalling it on my desktop with no difference in result. It's just overall a weird issue that I've never encountered before.

    Yes, it was that, and Fx Factory is only for Mac—Thx for responding.

    Pan and Zoom is not part of Premiere Pro. It must be some sort of plugin you forgot about: FX Factory?
