Premier Pro only imports audio

When I import a clip into premier pro it gives me the audio and a black screen which says "sequence 04" I am very new to this and help is appreciated.

It is an asf file which says it is supported, I have reinstalled premier and I have redownloaded the files

    Hello @Rohan3766309870yu,

    Try transcoding the .asf file using the free application Shutter Encoder (if the file probably cannot be encoded in Media Encoder). Opt for either ProRes LT, DNxHR/or HD, or H.264 for a lightweight but highly compressed version of your file. I hope it works for you.

    ASF files are only supported in the Windows version, not Mac.

    It is the windows version

    To import I selected the "import" tab, found my videos, selected them and clicked "create"

    I'm not sure what the firefly link is meant to mean it just takes me to adobe AI generted images
