Premier Pro: Purple/green glitch across multiple videos

I have been trying to work on professional projects through premier pro for a few months now and it has been extremely frustrating. I repeatedly run into the issue of my videos not playing back and often getting this awful purple glitch across frames. I have attached a photo with an example.

I learned everything using Mac and made the transition to Windows in August 2023, I am still learning some of the differences. So please let me know if this is user error or a deeper rooted issue in the computer itself and I would be happy to provide more information if needed. I appreciate it!

What I have tried:

Rendering the videos (made the problem worse)

made the sequence settings match the video import

importing both locally and off of a server

updating (and reverting to older versions)

Video specs:

3840x2160 23.98/fps

Computer Specs:

Lenovo ThinkPad 16in

Windows 10

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)

1TB SSD (+8TB Server Space)

Graphics Card: NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000

Thank you so much, I will pass this onto our IT department and see if we can get this fixed!

Never ever use the Game-ready drivers, in any NLE. As those drivers intentionally load a ton of other crud in there. They ... "enhance the viewing experience" .... ahem.

That's why the Studio driver only recommendation is used.

Thank you for your response! Our IT department recently switched it from another version of the video driver, Nvidia Quadro RTX 3000. We had switched because we were getting the purple glitches along with an "Unsupported Video Driver" popup. Would the Studio driver be different?

Go to the Nvidia driver support page, and download and do a clean install of a recent Studio driver ... do not use a "game ready" driver. Test that.
