PREMIER PRO reading 4k issue

Buenas tardes a todos,

Acabo de recibir mi nueva camara, una canon EOS R5C, y he grabado en 4k mi primer video.

Al editar el video, tengo problemas donde el video tiene un poco de lag, y sobre todo el audio pasa en "mute" durante varios segundos cada 4/5 segundos, lo que hace la experiencia de editar desastrosa.

Creo que mi ordenador es bastante bueno, pero no estoy nada seguro, tengo un HP ZBOOK Intel Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @2.20GHZ con una NVIDIA Quadro P2000, con 16384MB de RAM-

He intentado varias cosas, pero nada lo ha solucionado 😞

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
Make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Hey Bob, thank you for your time,

My main drive is 32 GB free of 237GB, and the video is located on a external har drive with 546 GB free of space. Is it something to avoid having the file located on an external hard drive?

I am going to try install the studio driver and will tell you.

Is 16 GB or RAM is enough for premiere pro if i allow it 13 GB of ram when in use?
