    first steps:

    01. trash preferences

    02. clean media cache

    03. delete the render files

    Hi cocopops13,

Performance in Premiere Pro is dependent on several factors. We would need more info to troubleshoot the issue properly. Please provide your system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU, and RAM) and media specifications (format/codec, frame rate, and frame size).

Let us know, we’re here to help.

    Thanks,

    Sumeet

    Hi Carlos

I am using Prem Pro 13.1 Magician

My graphics card is 430.86 Gr force GTX 1050

I am using Windows 10 Home version 10.0.17134 Build 17134 System type x64

    Processor Intel R Core TM i7-8550u@1,80GHz 1992Mhz

I have Mercury PLayback engine GPU Acceleration Cuda

It was working fine until I updated to 13.1 Magician and it prompted me to update to the latests nvidia driviers which I did. Since them takes a long time to render titles and also crashes then playback is lagging and slow.

I also not able to use green screen functionality it doesn't work

I can upload the project to dropbox if that helps just let  me know the email address to share it to. This is my work so I need to fix this asap

    Thanks

    Jane

cocopops13 Hi Jane, it might be a bug being worked on by the engineering team to fix, but:

Please try to update your graphics card here:  https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27988

If the driver complains about an OEM driver try these steps to manually install: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles /000005629.html

If none of that works, please log a bug and contact support. Let them know the manufacturer and model of your PC
