Premier Pro- tracks with transparent background and blending mode.

Hello, I have a video exported out of character animator with transparent background that I am trying to incorporate into my Premier Pro project. 

1. Even though it was exported as transparent background (tried with all possible combinations available in character animator), it has a black background.

2. I want to remove the black background and want to reveal only the subject. The closest blending mode option is the screen option but the opacity for the subject is also impacted. Masking is an option to reveal just the intended portion, but the subject in the video moves around.
