Premier Pro - Universal Counting Leader not importing video

Hi, I am attempting to import the universal counting leader to my project. However, it will only import audio - no video. I have deleted my cache, including used cache; turned the computer off, and even re-installed Premier Pro. I am able to import other video.

My steps are: File, New, Universal Counting Leader. Dragging it to the timeline only shows audio.

Can anyone help?
