Premier Pro- Video fine until exported

Version 24:21 on windows 10:
the videos I edit are fine within permier pro however as soon as i have finished exporting the video produced is completely un-usable. The visuals are completely distorted and the audio is also glitchy.
I could really do with advice on how to fix this.
