Premier Pro Will Not Open

I haven't used Premier Pro in about a week. Today I opened it and it froze on the screen attached. I have tried restarting and alt+ctrl+delete ending with task manager but haven't been able to resolve the issue. Would be amazing if someone knew how to fix the issue so I could get back to editing. Cheers

    It looks like PPro is not able to load the startup screen. Have you tried to click on the menus and see if it's working? Sometimes this happens with me, and I can use the file menu normally to open my project and continue working.

    If it doesn't work, you can reinstall PPro and see if it works, if not, try to install PPro 2023 (you can keep 2022), and see if it works for you.
