Premier Pro will not open - 9-12-20 - Windows 10

I use Premier 3-4 times a week for my business. It worked fine yesterday. I tried to re-open a project this morning (Sept 12, 2020) and it wouldn't open.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling previous versions... nope.

Tried the Cleaner Tool.. nope.

Solid machine built new in January 2020.

It just opens a partial window at the top left of my screen. See attached screenshot.

Any help is appreciated!
