Premier pro won't open

hi, ever since yesterday my premier pro won't open up.

It says it's up to date,

if I click on a saved project on the computer it opens up with the beta version.

Please help, I have so much work to do...

When you open the Creative Cloud Desktop App, do you see Premiere Pro there?

Yes it shows it;s installed and up to date...Other programs will open like Photoshop but not PP.

Thanks for the message. Have you ever had Premiere Pro installed on your computer before? If not, please let me know your computer specs. You can also press Shift at launch and delete the media cache and reset preferences. Let me know if that helps. I'll try to help you as best I can. Take care!
