Question

I have a video as shown in the picture. how can I convert the video into a rectangular shape without warping the object(wing)? if it were a photo, I could do it with the warp command, but I want to edit the videos I have. can you help me? thank you in advance.

first thing to do would be to isolate the rectangular shape and copy to a higher video track scale it up a bit and then perhaps play around with the effects:  distort:  transform.
