Premiere 13.1.1 Keeps Crashing every 5 minutes
[Moderator moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Premiere Pro.]
I have been dealing with the issue for about a week and the new Premiere update did fix one plugin issue that I was dealing with on the morph effect. My company has also switched me over to a more power computer this past week as well that has the memory and CPU to handle the software versus my surface. I am trying to edit a few hours of raw video files to complete a huge project for my company's conference event. Premiere keeps crashing non-stop and I cannot get my project done. Any suggestions?
What I have done already:
1. Move my project over to a new update system with more memory and CPU power
2. I have separated each interview into a separate Premiere file - and even went one more extreme and separate the projects out in to smaller project files
3. I was on with Adobe support online and the rep assisted me with the crashing issue on Thursday and they had me reset the preferences back to default setting and that fixed my system until about 5pm yesterday and now I am right back to the system crashing again over and over again.
4. I have attempted to reset the preferences again as I was advised by the support rep, but still not working.
The errors showing up are:
1. DllHost (5800,G,0) The beta feature EseDiskFlushConsistency is enabled in ESENT due to the beta site mode settings 0x800000.
2. svchost (1000,G,0) The beta feature EseDiskFlushConsistency is enabled in ESENT due to the beta site mode settings 0x800000.
Any suggestions please I am desperately trying to finish this project and the software is on my last nerve!
