Premiere 14.7 crashes when I try to add new tracks to video or audio

Hi,

How do I solve the problem of Adobe crashing whenever I try to add more video or audio tracks onto the timeline?

It also crashes whenever I copy a sequence with more tracks than the sequence I am copying it into.

If it helps, I edit on mac.

Best,

Joe

It's a known bug that hasn't been fixed yet. Try disconnecting the Loupdeck. Alternatively, roll Pr back to an earlier version. I believe 14.5 will work.

Do you have a hardware control surface plugged in to the computer?

Do you have software plugins for Pr that emulate a control surface?

What version of Pr, please?  I just re-read the title.
