Premiere 2018 CC Crashes everytime a new sequence is created

I recently added an EGPU to my MacBook Pro to accelerate my system for higher end workflow.

I am running High Sierra and using an EGFX Breakaway Box with a Radeon Pro WX 7100 8192 MB graphics card.

Everytime I launch a project and try to create a new sequence Premiere crashes. If I load a previously working project, Premiere Crashes.

I have no issues with any of my other editing software, AVID, RESOLVE or FCP X.

Nor do I have issues with AE.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue here.  You may get some benefit from changing the render mode from Open GL to Metal - this stops it crashing immediately for me, but playback performance with Metal is so bad it's un-usable.  There are several threads with the same issue and I haven't seen one with a decent conclusion yet.  For info my eGPU is the Black Magic one, but same behaviour.
