Premiere 2019 crash

I have a problem with the Premiere Pro 2019. Nothing is displayed, neither the image, neither in the source window nor in the Program window. When trying to play the clips you can not see anything, nor play the sound. Creating a new project is the same. When the program closes, it locks up and you have to close it forcibly.

It started to happen when it was edited and it was passed at least in another window as Browser, File Explorer, It went back to a premiere and it crashes. We changed the settings of the project, the processor of the reproduction, I deleted the cache, I installed QuickTime, I installed the drivers of the graphics card (Nvidia GTX 1050Ti) And nothing, remains the same.
I appreciate your help.

1- Do you have multi monitor setup? try to disable all monitors except of one.

2- Change the Output and the Input for Audio (Preferences --> Audio Hardware)

Let me know if it helps.

    Try resetting the preferences:

FAQ: How to reset preferences in Premiere Pro?

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:

    Reset a workspace

Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.

    1. Do one of the following:
      • Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
      • Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

    from here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn’t work ,try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
