PREMIERE 2020

Hi everyone, I'm having a big problem after formatting my PC. 
I was using version 2020, which had already been sent to me via Adobe chat at the time.
They no longer have that version available and told me to see if anyone here has a link they could share with me.
My PC can only edit smoothly with version 2020.
Can anyone help, please?
