Premiere (2020) crashes while exporting

Hello everyone!

I've been having this issue for a couple of weeks now. Every time I try to export my videos, Premiere crashes when I want to change the format to H264 (mp4).

I have already tried many things, but the only solution was to downgrade my Premiere version. I am now using 13.1.5.

I'm also having problems with After Effects 2020 and Media Encoder 2020 when rendering.

Does anyone know what could be happening and how to fix it?
