Hey guys! I think I have a big trouble with programm. It is lagging like a crazy. I mean I start the project than import the files usually music and csgo video to make highlights, but since today It started lagging like my video with sound is not putting sound to the Audio. And when I try to click on the buttons it does not react I redownloaded, deleted all files that I could but I it didn't help me. I saw video how to fix it, It sais only way to fix is to restore the windows I mean install. Did you have this problems? My Premiere pro is absolutly not working and it is not workable. I have Windows 10.

Try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/FAQ-How-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-Premiere-Pro/td-p/8236158

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.

Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

Yes! I tried I think everything that I could. And all of this started that my video that has audio does not put in Premiere.
