Premiere 2023 Problems

I'm not professional user but yearsand years I used to use Premiere with no doubt. But with the 2023 version every thing change before without any doubt I import any kind of photo or video meterial and make my project easily. But now with 2023 version Premiere have trouble with all kind of video clips? mov, mp4, avi, mpeg4 etc. I try to transfer other formats but there is no excact solution, every time I have problems. On the other hand with info pages forums there are no clear info which format premiere ecxepted or comply with premiere? 

Adobe immediately withdrow 2023 version and shouls solve the problem?
