Premiere 2023 Won't open, keeps crashing.

Unistalled, rebooted, reinstalled (even older versions) multiple times. Premiere keeps crashing on start up. Just started happening out of the blue... Get stuck on these 2 screens. Help!

    I unistalled all plugins and then the OS and it worked...

    did that and reinstalled the OS, working now...
