Premiere 2024 Crashing All of a sudden - What's the error?

I have been working on a big project all week. Today the project crashes with error report I cannot ready or understand. 
I have tried opening previous autosaves that worked previously with the same crash everytime I open it. 
I have deleted Cache, started with no plugins, etc. The project will not open and re-editing would take over a week. I need help.

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900KS 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)
NVIDIA RTX 3070ti (latest Driver)
