Hey there, @Gustavo288082831ho2,

Glad to have you here. Thanks for the message. These are serious problems. I hope to help you solve them. We need as much information as possible, though. Can you provide us with full system details: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD, and any connected devices. Can you also tell us about your media. Running the clip through the freeware Media, and then screenshotting the Into (in tree view) and posting it in a reply would be helpful. If that is not possible. please tell us the camera you used for the source footage.

A common troubleshooting step is to reset preferences and deleting the media cache. Try these steps by pressing Shift at launch. The Reset Options dialog box allows you to do these things. You can also try the other options there; it won't hurt things, only helps.

If that doesn't work, look at the storage you have. Do you have a lot of storage available? If not, consider clearing off more storage space.

If you have issues with your system restarting, it's a sign that your system may need updating. Check the condition of your power supply and ensure your machine is not overheating. Take a look in there and make sure nothing is blocking the cooling of your system. It should have good airflow in there that can sometimes be impeded by dift and dust.

I hope the advice helps. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
Kevin
