Premiere 21 Installer Help!

A few days ago, while trying to clear some space, I accidentally deleted my Premiere Pro 21 build. I have multiple versions of Adobe downloaded, as some graphics packages for ongoing projects don't play nice with some of Adobe's new updates. Now, I'm being told by tech support that, because of the launch of 24, the 21 build is no longer available for download. At all. Company Policy. End of Story. Which... seems kinda wild given I can't be the only one with projects locked on 21.

While I try to figure out how to explain to my clients that all our graphics are useless for the timebeing, does anyone know of ANY way I can redownload the installer for Premiere 21 (windows)? This thing existed until a few weeks ago. There's gotta be a link somehwere. Any help or ideas would be greatly apprechiated!
