Premiere 23.6 and Media Encoder 23.6 issue with H265 export on Apple Silicon

I still have issue on 23.6 version with H265 like in 23.5 versions:

Issue: Hardware-encoded HEVC files generated on an Apple Silicon cannot playback or seek.

I have mac mini M1 and macos ventura 13.5.1

Is this issue fixed in 23.6 or not?

    A fix went in for this issue in Premiere Pro (Beta) 24.1 build 35. If you can make sure to update to the latest Premiere Pro Beta and give it a try, we would like to know if this fixes the issue for you. Thank you.

    A fix went in for this issue in Premiere Pro (Beta) 24.1 build 35. If you can make sure to update to the latest Premiere Pro Beta and give it a try, we would like to know if this fixes the issue for you. Thank you.

      I just updated to version 24 and still have the same issue with H265 codec. The file plays but if you seek then it stutters and pauses, it is not smoth like when I encode it with media encoder 22.6.1. I have Mac Mini M1.

        @Nevenko we are aware of this issue and are still working on a fix. It is not fixed in Premiere Pro 23.6.
