Premiere (23.6) crashes/freezes when opening additional project

Hi all,

in approx. 80% of tries my premiere pro crashes or freezes while opening another project additional to the one i'm working on.

I tried a number of different projects to reproduce the error and unfortunately I was "successful".

I don't know what to do.. Did reinstall, reset preferences, disabled/deinstalled third party plugins.. no luck..

Anyone got any other ideas?

Update to 24 is not an option (yet)..
