Premiere 24.1 corner pin creates strange lines.

I just upgraded to Premiere 24.1 and when I apply corner pin strange lines appear. Operating system windows 10. This also appears in my render. Working on a rtx3090.

When I render the same project on my mac air m1 the image is normal.
