Premiere 24.3.0 crashes when using shortcut for "Go to Marker" shift+M

My Premiere project keeps crashing every time I use my keyboard shortcut for "go to marker" which is set for Shift+M. I use that command every single day, and for some reason today it just won't work. The beach ball starts rolling and even if I wait some time it won't go away.

Not sure if it's an issue of the project that might have gotten corrupted? I tried creating a new sequence and copy-pasting my sequence into a new one to see if that could solve the issue (or at least rule out the option of a corrupted sequence) but it keeps happening.

I'm running Premiere 24.3.0 on a Mac Book Pro on a MacOS Monterey 12.3:

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

2.3 GHz Intel Core i9, 8 nucleos

32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Hello @maiathesun,

Thanks for writing in. I'm Kevin from support, one of the mods here.

Have you tried updating, as suggested by @MyerPj? Let us know if the bug has been fixed for you. If not, try it on a new project to see if you are clear about the bug.

Thanks for your help in solving this issue. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin

What about 24.5, have you tried with the upgrade? It's been out awhile now. Or even on the Beta? Try a new project and import the previous one, rather than copy and paste. And try a new project, put in a few markers and give it a try.
