Premiere 24 and beta CRASH on Export

I am out of solutions here.

iMac 2020 5K retina maxed out, 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9, AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB, 128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4.

I was on 24.3, and it crashed on export. I went back to 24 and was ok for a day then back to crashing on export. Same with the beta. 

I removed all my 3rd party plug ins, cleared the cache, I am not longer using the compensation LUT on export. I made a new timeline. Restarted the machine. My drives have plenty of room.

I mean c'mon! What else does a professional have to do to be able to work?
