Premiere 25.5 Won't Start Windows 0xc0000142

After the automtic update to Premiere 25.5, the program will not start and Windows error 0xc0000142 suggesting a missing dll. I have rolled back to 25.41 and 25.4. Same error both times. Any idea how far I might need to roll back to get it t work again?

Try updating Wimdows, especially the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022.

Thank you. It was the C++ Resdistributable files. I started at the newest. After the third or fourth file repair, Windows wanted a restart. The problem was then fixed.
