Premiere 25 - Color labels suddenly gone

I've spent 3 days going through about 10 hours of interviews cutting and color-labeling sound bites in multicam sequences to correspond with chapters/subjects of the film I'm working on and this morning, when I opened my project, every sequence has reverted back to its original color. All of my labels are gone.

I've tried restarting the project, I've tried toggling on the "show source clip name and label" , I've tried copying and pasting footage into a new sequence, which were all suggested on another post about this problem and none of these worked.

Has anyone discovered a solution for this? I feel sick at the thought of going back through for another couple of days relabeling everything...

(Premiere Pro 25, windows 11, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H (2.70 GHz, 16GB RAM)

ETA: I also went back to my last autosave from yesterday and the labels were in tact. I saved the file with a new name and with the file open, it reverted the colors back to default on most of the sequences.

Are you working in a standard project or a Production?

There’s a setting in the Timeline panel menus for whether or not labels apply for all instances or not … something like that. Your setup got toggled somehow so it’s not doing as you expect. Check that timeline menu stuff.
